FISH FROM THE LIGURIAN SEA

  • Daily catch local fish ligurian style, grilled
  • Fish fillet of the cacht of the day salted minimum x 2 pax

  • Mixed fried fish with ginger soy mayonnaise

The fish can be served fresh or farmed according to the availability
