FISH FROM THE LIGURIAN SEA

  • Monk fish fillet stwed sauce
  • Oven baked daily fish in salt crust (min.2 persons)
  • Ligurian style or grilled local fish
  • Mixed grilled fish
  • Mixed fried fish with ginger soy mayonnaise

The fish can be served fresh or farmed according to the availability
