OUR STARTERS

  • Scampi, avocado, finger lime and smoked soy mayonnaise

  • PDO Campania Bufala’s milk  mozzarella with variety of cherry tomatoes  

FIRST COURSES

  • Risotto Gran Riserva Carnaroli with porcini mushrooms and prawns
  • Paccheri with lobster and cherry tomatoes
  • Home made spaghetti with clams      
  • Pepper and Ligurian Riviera lemon tagliolini with scampi
  • š  Mandilli (Fresh squared home made pasta) with pesto sauce
  • š  Pansotti (fine typical herbs and cheese stuffed home made ravioli like) with walnut sauce 
  • š Minestrone alla Genovese
  • Please be so kind to inform our Maître in case of your allergy in order to propose you some alternative dishes

FISH MAIN COURSES

  • Great crustaceans mix grill
  • “Excelsior” fish soup with rouille potatoes sauce
  • Catch of the day fish in salt crust (minimum for 2 persons)
  • Catch of the day fish grilled or Ligurian style
  • Fried mixed fish with soy mayonnaise

The fish can be served fresh or farmed according to the availability.

 

MEAT MAIN COURSES

  • Beef’s fillet with rosemary and porcini mushrooms
  • Lamb chops in mint crust with potatoes and baby carrots
